ASD Next Steps

The F-Words for Child Development

The F-Words for Child Development is a holistic approach to health that focuses on factors (fitness, function, friends, family, fun and future) that are important to every child’s development. To learn more, please visit CanChild’s website.

This ASD Next Steps guide has been organized around the F-words for Child Development and has received input from and been inspired by families across York Region.

This guide includes commonly asked questions and resources most relevant to those with a new diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
